EXCHANGE POLICY
PRODUCT (S) CAN BE EXCHANGED FROM ANY OF OUR REGULAR STORES
Please note: That the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected products at contact@kimaya.pk within 7 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with the same price value product.
Refund Policy:
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. In case if any customer wants a refund then we will offer a “Coupon Code” of the amount customer has paid.
Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel the order any time before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains tracking information. After a product is shipped, the Exchange Policy will apply. Kimaya may cancel orders for reasons that include; an article is out of stock, pricing error, or if the credit card payment is declined.
