Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected products at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with the same price value product.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. In case if any customer wants a refund then we will offer a “Coupon Code” of the amount customer has paid.
The customer may cancel the order any time before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains tracking information. After a product is shipped, the Exchange Policy will apply. Kimaya may cancel orders for reasons that include; an article is out of stock, pricing error, or if the credit card payment is declined.
