WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Local Orders:

The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days (Please note that during sale delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log)

International Orders:

  • It will take up to 2 working days to prepare all orders placed within week days.
  • Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by you.
  • If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, , then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s). You will be informed via email in case the shipments gets delayed due to any given reason.
  • Dispatch & delivery will take upto 7 – 8 working days

Formal / Bridal Orders (Make to Order):

  • Customer need to share the size information with us.
  • Customer details including (Name, Address, Contact number, City, Country).
  • We will generate an invoice for the customer.
  • After generating the invoice we require 100% payment in advance for formal / bridal orders.
  • After receiving the payment we will process the order.
  • We need at least 3 to 4 weeks for delivery after receiving the payment.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT COLOR VARIES?

Kimaya ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Kimaya do not accept responsibility for slight variations in color.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

You can cancel your order before the item shipped.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order.

CAN I RETURN & GET REFUND?

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. In case if any customer wants refund then we will offer a “Coupon Code” of the amount customer have paid.

Product (s) can be exchanged from any of our regular stores

HOW DO I CAN TRACK MY ORDER?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email or SMS. You can log on to Blue Ex website for local order respectively, insert you’re tracking ID and track your order. http://www.blue-ex.com

We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange exchange within 7 days of purchase.
